Inroads into the auto industry

Senihcam, Inc. recently completed four machines for automotive interior manufacturer and Fortune-500 company, Lear Corporation. The machines called dubbed "dispensers" store inventory in returnable knock-down containers, utilizing the vertical space and allowing a more efficient product flow to assembly lines.

Senihcam, Inc Ices Fling Your Thing Contest

For the second year in a row, the Senihcam team cleaned house at the annual Anthony Lake July 4th contest. This year it was "Fling Your Thing" with the thing being a chunk of ice the size of a pop can. Closest to the target inner-tube wins. Oh yeah, it's a trebuchet.

Specialty Test Fixtures for JR Custom Metals

Senihcam recently finished their first project for JR Custom Metals in Wichita. They modeled in 3-D, precision machined and assembled 5 specialty test fixtures for them. Thanks to Tec Weld and Big Dog Motorcycles for the referral.

Senihcam Fixtures in Hot Bike Magazine Article

The April issue of Hot Bike Magazine features an article titled "The Making of a Mastiff". All of the welding fixtures for the motorcycle frames were built by Senihcam!

Ingersoll-Rand and Trane

Senihcam's recent work with Ingersoll-Rand has been a fruitful endeavor. It lead to an opportunity with Trane. Thanks to Dan Harrison for the reference. The Blower Housing Inverter was Trane's first order from Ingersoll-Rand, Senihcam's first job obtained without first meeting the buyer, and Senihcam's first machine delivered to Louisiana!

Updated: Sea of York Blue

It's been a sea of York blue in the shop in recent weeks. Senihcam, Inc., has been building several machines for York International -- including test fixtures, transfer stations and a specialty lubricating machine.

Senihcam in the Auto Industry

Cisco-Eagle Corporation's engineering department was looking for a simple solution for a build pallet transfer/lift station for one of their customers, and thanks to the Dan Harrison, Senihcam got to quote the project. The Build Pallet Lifts were shipped to The Lear Corporation in Arlington, TX. Everyone's excited to have machines in the automotive industry!

CASE Corp.

Scott and crew recently designed and built some test fixtures and storage racks for the CASE Corporation. Everyone's looking forward to working with them some more.

Legg Up

Senihcam has been fortunate to work with the Legg Company, an agricultural and industrial belting company located in Halstead, KS.

Working with Wescon

Wescon Products is new to the Senihcam customer family. I hear they've been great to work with. Scott and the crew provided them with a custom engineered and fabricated fixture. Senihcam's own Joe V. made the initial contact with them.

Big Dog Motorcycles Update

I hear that Senihcam, Inc., has enjoyed working with Big Dog Motorcycles over the last few months. Guess the projects are hush-hush. I can say their work ranges from engineering services, small hand tools and fixtures for use in the frame welding process. Check out this sweet pic.
